Another Great Exhibition for Mangar International

Independent Living Exhibition London was again held at Alexandra Palace in September. Mangar International put on a great show with their new exhibition stand which was first unveiled at Naidex earlier this year. The large stand provided ample space to display the products to advantage and enable the stand personnel to provide visitors with full working demonstrations. Indeed they were kept very busy doing this over the two exhibition days, and are now actively following up the many enquiries which resulted.

Archimedes Seat CoversThe new Archimedes seat covers were on show for the first time, and feedback was very positive indeed. It seems they are going to be a very welcome addition to the Archimedes bath lift.

Moving & Handling DemonstrationRegional Sales Manager for the South, Damien McKeaveney, participated in the Moving & Handling Demonstrations which were scheduled on both days, highlighting correct procedures to raise a fallen person from the floor using either the Elk (Emergency Lifting Cushion) or Camel (Complete Air Moving Elevating Lift). As can be seen from this picture the sessions were well attended with Damien giving a very 'hands on' demonstration!

Also on the stand were the Bungalow Boogaloo Band who have now become synonymous with the annual 'Mangar Music' provided each year at the Independent Living exhibition. Their entertainment was greatly enjoyed by both stand personnel and visitors alike.
